A maximum of two guests in an apartment.
A 10% Deposit per apartment is required at time of booking, to hold your reservation. Full payment is due 1 months prior to travel.
1 nts accommodation per apartment.
Adults only, a maximum of two guests as only. No deposit payment to be made three weeks before arrival with payment please take out holiday insurance as payment is non refundable.
* There is no refund of deposit for any cancellation of bookings, for any travel that overlaps or falls between December 20 – January 20 each year. During any other period, if there is more than 2 months notice of cancellation before travel, there is a full refund of any monies paid, less a $150 booking fee per unit.
There is no refund if booking is cancelled during the 1 months before travel. A change of travel dates within the 1 month period prior to travel is deemed a cancellation and then new dates as a new booking, so the same cancellation fees apply.
“HOT DEALS” are non refundable at any time. Change of dates are not allowed.
* Cancellations often result in empty rooms as most reservations are made months in advance due to limited flights. No refund can be given in the event of a non-arrival or for any unused services or unused nights due to flight/weather disruption on inbound or outbound flights.
Rates are subject to change without notice. At the end of your stay, should your flight back to the mainland be cancelled, any extra nights due to flight delays/cancellations are charged at normal rack rates not the special discounted rate that you may have been quoted for your stay. The rack rate is our standard rate before any discounts are applied. If you need any clarification as to what the rack rate is for your period of stay, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We strongly recommend you protect yourself with travel insurance, so you can fully claim any extra nights required.
